Good afternoon
I was telling you earlier about a Gs Global Saver box in which needed to be sent to Germany for one of our commercial customers I have completed this and it is now ready to be collected this afternoon ready to be sent via Air freight.
I have also had a lady which has called requesting a quote for a 40ft container to be dropped at her house for her to load her personal belongings as she is moving overseas to New Zealand, the middle of march I have been able to get her a quote for us to drop a container then collect and take it to port for her to be shipped via sea freight she is very happy with the quote in which I have given her and I am in the process of booking it all in for her for March.
I am also doing a shipment for five boxes in which the gentleman is having sent to Zambia he would like this to go via sea freight and would also like it to go into a part container load for as soon as possible this will be leaving next week we are collecting the boxes and taking them to port for him.
Finally today I have received another GS global saver this is from a new customer who would like some documents sent to France via air freight as soon as possible she is bringing the package into our office today and iam competing paper work for her as I have all the details and it be collected from us today straight to the airport to be sent.
We also have a few pallets in the warehouse in which are being shipped via sea freight to Dar Es Salaam the beginning of next week these have all been labelled and booked in and will also be collected this week going to another one of our many warehouse facilities ready to be shipped via sea freight next week.
While doing this blog I have received a telephone call from a gentleman who would like a quote on a motorcycle in which he has purchased from here in the UK and he would like it to be shipped to America it is a expensive sports motorcycle and he asked me what options there are for the shipment of this bike I have told him that I feel as its an expensive motorcycle that the best option for him to go for would be for it to be delivered to ourselves or we could collect it bring it into our warehouse and have a custom built crate built for it for peace of mind and security and safety of the bike he asked what we do and I explained we take measurements of the motorcycle and we then order a crate which is specially built around the motorcycle ready for it to be shipped via sea freight, I have given him a price as I was able to get one for both the crate and the shipping straight away and he is very pleased with the price and I have contacted the motorcycle shop in which it was purchased from to arrange a collection date and time.
