Well the phones have been pretty busy today the first this morning was for a quote for the shipping of a vehicle going to Dubai they would like it to be shipped via sea freight as soon as possible and would like it to go via RoRo I have got them a good quote and they have now booked with us for the next availible shipping to Dubai we are also collecting the vehicle from them and taking it to port for them.
A gentleman from china has also called and would like a quote on the shipping of a ferrari going via air to China as its an expensive car he would also like to have it put into a secure container the gentleman would like us to ship it as his freind has shipped several expensive cars with us and has always been very happy with the the quality of service in which we provided for him. I am just awating confirmation on a few things and I will then telephone him with the quote in which iam sure he will be more than happy with.
I have also got a transporter collecting a vehicle today ready for it to go to port to Dar Es Salaam this week.
I have also received a motorcycle into the warehouse this morning a Norton Commander in which is now in the process of being crated into one of our custom built crates ready for being shipped via sea freight to Australia this week.
Finally this morning I am doing a global Saver for one of our commercial customers its a box and needs to be sent out as soon as possible this is our door to door service and it goes via Air Freight it will be collected later on today and will go straight to the airport to be sent to Germany.
